Secured planning consent to substantially refurbish and extend a dilapidated 60,000 sq ft 1950’s industrial building. The building was completely stripped back to frame and a modern 25,000 sq ft extension was added. The unit was leased together with a further 500,000 sq ft on the same estate to leading 3rd party logistics provider operating a contract for Marks & Spencer plc.
