One of the Non-Executive Directors of Westmount Real Estate, Helen worked at Kingfisher plc for over 20 years, latterly as Director of Governance and Group Company Secretary. Responsibilities covered Company Secretarial, Insurance and Legal affairs, Corporate Governance matters, Corporate Social Responsibility and Government and Industry Relations. She ran the Woolworths (2001) and Kesa (2003) demergers from Kingfisher Plc and successful flotations on the London Stock Exchange. Prior to Kingfisher she was with Guinness plc for over seven years working in Company Secretariat, Legal and Corporate Finance departments; principally on the legal/company secretarial work of M&A transactions. In recent years Helen has advised a number of companies including Lloyds Bank plc on corporate governance and company secretarial services, trading and shareholder agreements as well as listing on the London Stock Exchange. Helen is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators and a Director of the Kingfisher Pension Trust Company.
